Department: Franchise Relations
Reports to: President & Chief Operating Officer
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative engagement programs such as “Franchise of the Month,” Peer Mentorship Circles, pop-up mailers, and milestone acknowledgments.
- Lead the development and execution of the Network Leadership Council (NLC) and other franchise-led advisory groups.
- Champion diversity-focused subgroups (e.g., PuroWomen, PuroVet) to enhance inclusion and ownership across the network.
- Drive brand pride and community through storytelling initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness content.
- Oversee and co-lead planning for major corporate events including President’s Circle, Convention, Regional Meetings, and the PuroClean Classic.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and external vendors to ensure all events reflect the brand, deliver value, and are executed flawlessly.
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Training, Tech) to increase adoption of new tools and enhance business performance.
- Provide strategic oversight for internal communications, franchise-facing newsletters, and social media engagement.
- Serve as host or executive producer for branded content such as the “Behind the Brand” podcast or video series.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR to showcase franchise wins, customer experiences, and business impact stories.
- Deliver ongoing reporting and feedback loops to measure franchise satisfaction, engagement impact, and cultural alignment.
- Advise leadership on franchise sentiment, emerging needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise operations, franchise relations, or brand engagement.
- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit or franchise-based business models; restoration or service industry experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building community and driving engagement.
- Experience planning large-scale events and leading internal communications strategy.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with public speaking, hosting events, and creating content across various media formats.
