Core Responsibilities:
• Assist with water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).
• Maintain clean job sites and safe working conditions.
• Accurately record moisture readings, job notes, and daily progress.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
• Follow IICRC standards, safety policies, and company procedures.
• Be available for after-hours or weekend emergency calls (rotating schedule).
Qualifications:
• No prior restoration experience required — training provided.
• Construction, cleaning, or labor experience a plus.
• Non-negotiables: Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and background check required (insurance rules may affect eligibility).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, outdoor environments).
