Since we are a small business, our RESTORATION TECHNICIANS' day-to-day responsibilities can vary at times! However, most of the time, you can expect to solely perform most of the following.
- Going to disaster projects and performing necessary tasks.
- Communicating closely with management and co-workers.
- Meeting our customers and explaining our processes.
- Maintaining an orderly and organized work area.
- Documenting via photos and written notes to staff and insurance carriers.
- Working closely with management on any special projects or customer concerns.
- Executing high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide extraordinary service and unparalleled communication.
- Respond to job sites as directed and perform all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards.
- Maintain and create accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, updates, and other documentation, as required for each job, including data entry into systems
- Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and obey all safety rules and regulations to prevent work hazards
- Maintain work truck in a clean and organized fashion, ensuring it is stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites
- Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
- Being the first point of contact on-site.
- Inspect job sites for quality control, ensuring that all work meets company and industry standards.
- Assist with training and mentoring new technicians, contributing to the team's skills.
- Be available for on-call emergency response and be the first on-site for water or fire damage calls.
- Minimum years of experience: 3-5 years in restoration.
