We're a dedicated restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and fire/smoke recovery, and we're positioned for significant expansion in the Rocklin/Sacramento region. As a small, owner-operated business, we're agile and focused on quality, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Lead Restoration Technician to contribute from the start. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections and execute restoration work for water, mold, and fire damage with expertise and efficiency.
- Provide superior customer service, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout each project.
- Respond reliably to on-call needs and complete assignments to the highest standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and support our expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in restoration services (water, mold, fire), with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as IICRC in Water Damage, Mold Remediation, or Fire & Smoke Restoration.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Dependable transportation and the flexibility to engage when projects demand it.
- An entrepreneurial spirit: Eager to innovate, take initiative, and thrive in a startup-like setting.
While we can't guarantee 40 hours per week initially, hours depend on project flow, we offer top-tier pay for your skills and a fast track to stability and advancement.
