Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Carpet & Tile Grout Cleaning Technician who is also eager to train and perform water restoration services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional carpet, upholstery, and tile & grout cleaning services.
- Operate truck-mounted and portable extraction equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with water damage mitigation, extraction, and drying setup per IICRC standards.
- Conduct moisture readings and document work accurately.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
- Maintain cleaning and restoration equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next job.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency water loss response.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional carpet/tile cleaning experience required.
- Experience or interest in water restoration work (IICRC certifications a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
