Position Overview
 
As a Marketing & Business Development Representative, you will:
 
  • Promote and sell PuroClean services in an assigned territory, consistently working to meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Build strong relationships through regular route marketing runs, repeat visits, and by being a trusted resource in the community.

  • Organize and coordinate training events, CE courses, and marketing events (including lunch-and-learns).

  • Implement creative marketing initiatives and collaborate directly with the owner to create and execute sales/marketing strategies.

  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.

  • Represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine desire to help people in times of need.


 
Responsibilities
 
  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence

  • Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing

  • Build, maintain, and service a “Top 25 Client” list

  • Coordinate community events, educational classes, and training opportunities

  • Develop sales skills by learning estimating, production, and all aspects of restoration business operations

  • Promote brand awareness and uphold PuroClean’s values of service and teamwork

  • Comfortable with route marketing, public speaking, and group presentations

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
