We're a growing PuroClean team in the Baltimore area looking for a mitigation Project Manager who knows water jobs inside and out and wants to work somewhere that backs them up. You'll run your own jobs from first call to final invoice, lead field techs, and work with adjusters and property owners to get losses handled right.
This isn't a role where you'll be left on your own. You'll have a strong operations team behind you, clear processes, and the tools to do the job well.
WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL DO
▪ Manage multiple water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs at once
▪ Set up drying plans, take daily readings, when needed, and keep documentation tight
▪ Lead and train field techs on the job
▪ Write and support estimates in Xactimate
▪ Communicate with adjusters, property managers, and homeowners
▪ Keep jobs on schedule and paperwork turned in fast so jobs get billed
▪ Take part in the after-hours on-call rotation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▪ 2+ years in water mitigation or restoration, with some time leading jobs or crews
▪ IICRC WRT required. ASD, AMRT, or other certifications a plus
▪ Xactimate experience
▪ Solid understanding of psychrometrics and drying documentation
▪ Clear communicator who can stay calm with an upset homeowner or a tough adjuster
▪ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
