About the Role:
As a Restoration Technician, you will use a variety of tools and equipment to help customers recover from property damage. This includes water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, smoke/odor removal, and more.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform water extractions and structural drying with equipment
🔹 Perform demolition, debris removal, and post-cleanup tasks including (drywall, insulation, carpeting, flooring, and cabinetry)
🔹 Document jobs with photos, contracts, and moisture mapping via mobile apps
🔹 Maintain and clean company equipment and vehicles
Requirements:
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Reliable Transportation to and from work
✔ Ability to Lift 70+ lbs Repeatedly
✔ Smartphone/Tablet Proficiency for Mobile App Documentation
✔ Flexible Schedule & Ability to Be On-Call for After-Hours Emergencies
Preferred But Not Required:
🔹 IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FRST, AMRT, etc.)
