- Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage
- Extract water and set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Inventory, pack-out, transport, and clean customer contents
- Perform structural cleaning of affected areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and vehicles
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift 80+ pounds regularly, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of smartphone/tablet apps for documentation
- 1+ year experience in contents and/or water restoration (or related field)
- IICRC Certification(s) in WRT a plus or willingness and ability to obtain certification within ninety days of employment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
