Full-Time | On-Site | Compensation: Base + Commission + Car Allowance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including property managers, insurance agents, plumbers, real estate agents, and contractors.
- Conduct 50+ in-person client visits weekly to nurture relationships and generate leads.
- Schedule and host 2+ lunch-and-learn presentations per week to educate partners about PuroClean services.
- Meet or exceed a weekly revenue target. Salary will be 10% of annual revenue goal.
- Attend at least one networking event weekly (chamber meetings, BNI, trade shows, etc.).
- Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage CRM tools and basic office software.
