- Schedule and dispatch mitigation crews to job sites in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate equipment and material needs for each job.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, adjusters, and internal teams regarding job progress and updates.
- Monitor job timelines, ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met.
- Assist with job documentation including moisture readings, job notes, photos, and daily reports.
- Manage and track job progress using restoration industry software (e.g., XactAnalysis, DASH, MICA).
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols.
- Support team with administrative tasks such as invoicing, work orders, and job costing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and questions with professionalism.
- Participate in weekly production meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in the restoration, construction, or property services industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, MICA, or similar industry platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- IICRC certification(s) a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Office-based with occasional visits to job sites.
- May require occasional after-hours or weekend coordination depending on emergency situations.
