Job Title: Crew Leader
Location: 82 Leroy Road, Williston, VT

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Crew Lead to join our team! If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist operations manager with job delegation, oversight, and quality control
Inspect, set up, and operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.
Identify and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain and clean company equipment after each use.
Always ensure excellent customer service and professionalism.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Assist with scheduling and documenting completed jobs.
Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Restoration is a plus (training provided).
Running a team of individuals is a must.
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requires after-hours and some on-call support.
