Restoration Technician – Fire, Water & Mold
If you enjoy hands‑on work, helping people, and learning real trade skills, this could be a great fit for you. In this role, you’ll specialize in restoration work — a trade that teaches you how buildings function and how to bring them back to life after damage.
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our full‑time team in Williston. If you take pride in your work, care about doing things the right way, and want to be part of a supportive crew, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to fire, water, and mold damage jobs in homes and businesses
- Help with cleanup and mitigation: water extraction, drying, cleaning, light demolition, and preparing spaces for repairs
- Use industry tools like air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, and specialty equipment
- Document your work using easy‑to‑use mobile software
- Support customers and work closely with teammates and project managers
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfort with hands‑on tasks and the ability to lift 50+ lbs
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Someone reliable, professional, and eager to learn — we’ll teach the rest
