Job Type: Full-Time
- Respond promptly to fire incidents and connect with property owners in need of restoration services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance agents, and emergency response teams.
- Consult with property owners to assess needs and offer tailored restoration solutions.
- Actively monitor fire incidents using the Fire Notification Application and manage all assigned leads.
- Participate in local events and networking opportunities to promote PuroClean’s services.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in Luxor CRM.
- Guide customers through the insurance claims process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with emergency response agencies and insurance professionals to implement restoration plans.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas as outlined in the compensation plan.
- Provide a monthly revenue forecast and maintain a 30/60/90-day sales funnel.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with management to discuss progress and strategies.
✔ Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and emergency response teams.
✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
✔ Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory (some regional and national travel may be required).
✔ Experience with Luxor CRM or similar sales tracking tools is a plus.
