Your Day-to-Day

  • Site Cleanup & Equipment Handling: Assist with light demolition, debris removal, and basic equipment setup.
  • Safety & Learning: Follow PPE protocols, absorb on-the-job training, and keep logs organized.
  • Hands-On Training: Every shift introduces you to restoration fundamentals—from water extraction basics to dealing with fire/smoke-affected areas.
What We’re Looking For

  • No Experience Needed: Construction or labor background is helpful but not required.
  • Physical Capability: Lift 50+ lbs, handle extended standing, and adapt to varied environments.
  • Dependability: Show up on time, handle occasional weekend or evening shifts.
  • Positive Attitude: Eager to learn, respectful, and receptive to feedback.
