Responsibilities:
- Inspect/evaluate new leads/referrals that the office receives.
- Communicate with the customer and work to educate the customer on the Puroclean processes.
- Sell the Job with the right expectation.
- Scope the damages on site, generate an estimate, prepare a scope of work for the crews, and upload documentation within a CRM program.
- Obtain approval from the customer and client on the scope of work and services provided by Puroclean.
- Capture all necessary documentation, program requirements, and pre-mitigation photos to demonstrate the damages prior to work.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure the final estimate includes all work performed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform the responsibilities listed above on a daily basis.
- Mitigation experience (2 years or more)
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task in a busy work environment.
- Work under stressful conditions and perform effectively.
- High school diploma.
- Experience with Xactimate is required; Level 1/2 certification is preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Capable of walking and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and conduct inspections at ceiling heights.
