Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and Centers of Influence to increase business growth. Engage in proactive communication, including routine calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. -
Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist in generating revenue by promoting services and offering solutions tailored to customer needs. You will help create and manage a 'Top 25 Client' list, host educational events like lunch-and-learns, and assist with digital marketing campaigns. -
Consultative Marketing:
Work with team members to develop and implement sales strategies that align with customer needs. Learn to deliver accurate estimates and scoping of services while ensuring that PuroClean’s solutions are positioned as the best option for clients. -
Social media and Digital Marketing:
Support social media efforts and content creation to increase brand awareness. You will also assist in managing digital marketing strategies, such as scheduling tools and other software platforms. -
Safety and Compliance:
Follow safety guidelines and PuroClean's brand identity rules, ensuring a professional representation of the company both in the office and while traveling.

Excellent Communication Skills:
You should be comfortable communicating clearly and effectively, with a genuine interest in people. Open-ended questioning and delivering PuroClean’s brand message is key. -
Sales and Relationship Building:
You should have a talent for identifying and maximizing opportunities to build lasting relationships that support business growth. Demonstrating professionalism and integrity in a sales-based environment is crucial. -
Comfort with Presentations and Group Settings:
You should be comfortable setting and running appointments, hosting educational classes, and participating in community events. -
Familiarity with Digital Tools:
Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and scheduling tools will be helpful. Experience with Luxor CRM and RightStart software is a plus. -
Safety and Brand Adherence:
Understanding the importance of safety, following guidelines, and presenting yourself professionally is a must.
