- Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
- Leading and managing a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
- Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintaining accurate records of project activities, costs, and timelines.
- Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
- Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
- Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Being fluent in Spanish would be a big plus for this position.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clean background check subject to applicable law.
