We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead our construction projects.

Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate reconstruction jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
Leading and managing a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors.
Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
Conducting site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Maintaining accurate records of project activities, costs, and timelines.
Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Being fluent in Spanish would be a big plus for this position.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Clean background check subject to applicable law.
