This position requires excellent skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of plumbing operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the plumbing industry.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Familiarity with plumbing terminology and basic understanding of plumbing systems.

5. Proficient in using dispatching software and computer applications.

6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

8. Knowledge of local geography to assist in efficient route planning.

9. 1-3 Years experience with Service Titan
