Lead Water Damage Technician/ Crew Chief - Restore Lives and Homes!
Seeking Lead Water Damage Technician/Crew Chief with IICRC Cert to lead our team and Make a Meaningful Impact!
Compensation & Benefits:
- $23 to $28 per hour depending on experience

- Ensure accurate and timely billing
- Exceed client expectations
Skills: Technical expertise in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. Proficiency in using equipment and applying best practices.
Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to reprioritize, sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and customer service.
Responsibilities: Project management, proactive team leader, quality assurance, client communication (including insurance adjusters), documentation, and continuous improvement.
