Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage and complete jobs according to PuroClean® processes per work order. Respond to service calls when needed. Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.  Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Job documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Production costs are maintained at the established rate. Add-on sales are made to customers. Communications to the Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or Owner, as appropriate, and the customer are timely. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our Project Team Leaders take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service that sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Leads Production on job sites.
  • Perform as a technician as workflow dictates.
  • Respond to all activities of emergency services work related to assigned program work and tasks assigned by the Production Coordinator, or Project Manager
  • Participates in on-call rotation
  • Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
  • Continued development of production skills and expertise
  • Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
  • Always leaving job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Coaching and training of production staff technicians
  • Preventative maintenance of vehicles, and equipment and oversight of facility maintenance
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians

 High Detail Job Accountabilities:
  • Document work completed through photos, job update notes, and daily logs.
  • Drive company vehicle safely and respectfully 
  • Alert Production Coordinator of any vehicle disturbances (Oil changes, check engine light, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with insurance adjusters and program representatives as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness of each vehicle used that day by the standards set by PuroClean
  • Relay homeowner or property manager questions to Mitigation Project Managers and Production Coordinator to follow up with
  • Answer homeowner/ property manager questions as they arise
  • Holds self and others to completion of daily documentation
  • Disassemble and safely store all pieces of demolition that are deemed as “salvageable”
  • Complete special assignments as requested by the Supervisor
  • Participates in emergency services when an “All hands on deck” scenario arises.
  • Participate in on-going problem-solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole.
Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience
  • Willingness for continued learning and growth, ability to ‘lead and coach’ your teammates
  • Attention to detail in the organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment
  • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating ‘the message’
  • Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers
  • Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and be comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
Hours:
  • A typical shift for this position is 7:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
  • However, the Mitigation Technician must be able to contribute to the on-call rotation for weekdays and weekends.
  • Compensation is evaluated annually effective from the start date of employment of each calendar year.
  • Promotions and advancement within the position bring progressively greater challenge, learning, responsibility, and compensation.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
