Finish Carpenter Job Summary
Primary Duties:
● Perform finish and trim carpentry work accurately and accordingly to rework plans and specifications.
● Experience in working with windows, trim, doors, staircases, custom woodworking, cabinets, and railings.
● Schedule the transport of site materials and equipment to various projects.
● Observe and comply with all applicable OSHA Safety Regulations on each work site.
Required Skills:
● Have working knowledge and understanding of all carpentry-related tools, both power and hand.
● Have basic carpentry tools
● Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as outstanding problem-solving skills.
● Erect site scaffolding or ladders as needed.
● Be physically able to perform various job site tasks as well as lifting equipment
- Must have a professional appearance, positive attitude, and be punctual
- Applicant must have excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic math skills, able to figure sq ft, lineal ft, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- A clean background, good driving record, and a current valid driver's license is required
- Must be willing to work longer hours when the job requires it
- Follow All Federal, State, and local laws with regard to asbestos, lead, EPA, OSHA, etc.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
- Background screening required
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life.

- Biweekly Pay $18 -25/hr., depending on experience
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
