Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
 
Responsibilities:
    • Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold.
    • Survey damage within the property
      • Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property.
    • Cleaning process for both contents and structural damage.
    • Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools. 
    • Clean up assigned job sites after demolition.
    • Perform initial site visits.
    • Conduct moisture inspections.
    • Set restoration equipment within guidelines .
    • Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary App (MICA).
    • Contact the customer of assigned jobs with ETA.
    • Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process .
    • Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicles and equipment.
    • Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment.
    • Keep equipment clean and organized in the Warehouse.
    • Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas .
    • Responsible for recording your time and coding it to the job assigned.
    •  IICRC certifications (IICRC classes offered from time to time)
    • Assist in the development of new hires through on the job training. 
    • Hold our company’s Vision, Values, Mission and 10 Serving Basics throughout job position. 
  • Required Education and Experience 
    • High School Diploma or GED required 
    • Customer Service experience 
    • 1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling 
  • Preferred Education and Experience
    • Associate or bachelor's Degree 
    • One or more years' experience within the restoration industry
Qualifications:
  • Willingness for continued learning and growth
  • Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment.
  • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message.’
  • Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers.
  • Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
