We are a local mitigation and remediation company that responds to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and biohazard. We are looking for a full-time/part-time/on Call Emergency Response Technician to join our team and take superior care of our customers in Portland, OR. IICRC and Xactimate Certification are a plus but not required. We are an established company and proliferating. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
·       Assist with the inspection to evaluate and document damaged properties
·       Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g., drywall, flooring, insulation)
·       Physically stage equipment
·       Load and unload the company vehicle
·       Must be able to drive a company vehicle
·       Must have the ability to document work performed
·        Packout, demolition & equipment handling. 
·       Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful
·       Setup required equipment for drying
·       Remove standing water, mold, or smoke/odors from affected areas.
·       Remove affected building materials
·       Must participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with a team member for emergency service calls

Job Requirements:

·       Experience with water, mold, smoke, and fire damage clean-up
·       Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
·       Must be dependable
·       Willing to work some on-call, after-hours, and weekend work
·        Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
·        Ability to wear a full-face respirator
·        Enter and work in attics and crawl spaces
·        Customer service skills
·       Background check required 

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/On Call positions are available 
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
